Access to certain content, features, or services on Miraava may require an active paid subscription. The applicable subscription price, billing period, duration, and included benefits will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, mobile operators, or other authorized payment providers. Your payment may therefore also be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable payment provider.
Subscription access is generally activated after successful payment or confirmation from the applicable payment provider and remains available for the validity period associated with the selected plan.
4. Content & Viewing Rights
Miraava provides access to digital entertainment content subject to applicable licensing arrangements, territorial restrictions, content availability, device compatibility, and the subscription plan associated with your account.
The availability of movies, shows, episodes, and other content may change over time. We may add, remove, replace, restrict, or modify content and viewing options where necessary due to licensing requirements, operational considerations, or changes to the service.
5. Acceptable Use
Miraava is intended primarily for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment use unless otherwise expressly authorized. You must not misuse the platform or use it in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
You may not attempt to bypass security or technical restrictions, interfere with the normal operation of the platform, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, reverse engineer protected components, or copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit protected content without appropriate authorization.
6. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and accessible streaming experience; however, continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be interrupted or limited due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, internet or network conditions, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may perform maintenance, introduce updates, or modify technical features where reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, or improve Miraava.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Envirtual Digital Media Private Limited, Miraava, and their respective service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from or relating to your access to, use of, or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Miraava where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or other users, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, address security concerns, or enforce these Terms & Conditions.
You may stop using Miraava at any time. Subscription cancellation, continued access following cancellation, and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to Miraava, applicable laws, business practices, or operational requirements. Updated terms will become effective when published through the applicable Miraava website or service, unless a different effective date is stated.
